General:

NFT & AI uses are strictly prohibited. this includes the use of 'Grok', 'Chatgpt', 'Sora AI' and other AI tools for AI training, 'enhancing', & editing my art.

I reserve the rights to refuse taking your request if i feel uncomfortable doing it or I don't have the skill to do it.

if there are any that is not stated above, question via dms are acceptable.


About Commission:

Commissions are taken via VGen & manual form by social media DM.

Client must provide all information required in the commission form to get the quote.


About Payment:

Accepted currency; USD via Paypal or VGen / IDR via BCA, Shopeepay, or VGen.

Commissions are mostly first paid first serve. However, commissions with rush fees will be prioritized.

Do not send payment before receiving quote from artist.

Commissions under $100 USD or 1jt IDR are to be paid upfront before any work on the commission begin.

Payment plans are available for commissions over $100 USD or 1jt IDR and to be negotiated with the artist. No less than 50% of the base price (not including commercial fees) is to be paid upfront.

in special cases, additional fee may apply.


Additional fee:

Rush fee (appropriate amount depends on how close the deadline is, up to 100%)

NDA/ Privacy fee (+15%)

Commercial fee (Monetized Content +100%, Commercial Merchandising-depends on amount of items to be produced-up to +300%)


Refund Policy:

In case of client wanting to cancel before final piece is delivered, refund will be issued in percentage of completion.

Amount of refund:

Sketch 75%

Lineart/ base color 50%

≤ 50% rendered 25%

> 50% rendered 10%

In case of artist failing to meet rush deadline, refund will be discussed with client and rush fee will be refunded.

If client files a chargeback against artist, client's right to everything artist has made for client will be retracted and artist have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.


About Revision:

Non-Skeb Commission:

On 'sketch draft' stage, edits are unlimited. However should the client decides to change the whole concept (e.g. if previous concept was holiday themed & client decides to change concept to sport theme) there will be additional +15% revision fee.

After client is satisfied with the sketch draft, artist will start the lineart. In case of faulty translation from rough sketch to lineart, client may ask for adjustments once (if there's more than one adjustments to be made, client must compile all request. requesting another, unrelated to previous adjustments, after the revision is done will not be accepted).

From the rendering stage onwards, only 3 maximum revisions allowed.

Any major edits (changing major body parts, repainting of facial features/ details, etc) will constitute a +10% surcharge.

Minor edits (changing colors, adding minor details, effects, etc.) will be free of charge. (please note that if the client requires more than 3 rounds of revisions, the +10% will apply).


Skeb Commission:

Revision is not available for skeb commissions. However if artist mistranslated/ forgot to draw details mentioned in to-not-miss, client may ask for revision.


Communication & delivery:

Progress will be updated regularly via Trello.

Turn around time is 1 week to 2 months depends on queue, if more time is needed, artist will communicate with client.

Client may ask for updates on the piece if no updates has been provided in 7-10 business days.

All commissions will be delivered by GDrive link.


Client will receive:

Watermarked Preview .JPEG/ .PNG

Final Artwork .PNG

Trimmed to character silhouette version, transparent .PNG (only applicable for chibi commissions)


Client may request:

Set to use (e.g. character sheet/ ready print for merch) .PSD if corresponding commercial use is paid for.

CMYK version if the original is RGB.


Please note that for storage efficiency purposes, I may not keep the raw files. Any requests for alternate file 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.


Commission use:

Client:

May post anywhere, including WIPs provided by the artist for updates, with credit.

All personal use (social media icons, headers, posting, printing, etc) with credits to the artist.

commission for freebies terms of use:

use for freebies is allowed with credit.

client must inform artist which event will it be used as freebies for.

if client plans to use said commission for another event than previously informed, client must notify the artist.

client may ask artist to not reveal said commission or showcase it before client posts.

client must include credits if posting freebies reveal or similar type of post

artist will quote the freebies reveal post when mentioned.

if in the future client want to monetize the said commission, client may inform artist to purchase commercial use license.

If purchased for commercial use:

Monetized Content - Emotes & badges, streaming assets (layouts, websites, avatar PNG, etc) with credit.

Commercial Merchandising - llustrations & designs for merchandise with credit.


Client is not allowed to edit or make any artistic changes to the commission after delivery.


Artist:

May post anywhere/ including WIPs for self promotion. (unless prior agreement says otherwise).

May use for any portfolio showcasing purposes including example for future work.

May not use commissioned work to sell merchandise without prior discussion with the commissioner.
